First Month in Ossipee..
Wow! A Month has flown by and I haven't done any better at keep up with this blog! Maybe it's adjusting to having a baby in the house again. Well I will try to update you on what has been going on.
The first Sunday we were back in Ossipee DH's cousin Katie was here from California! We were blessed to have her and Nana come to church with us! Here is Katie with EM. We don't get to see them very often actually I think this only the second tie I have seen Katie since I have been with DH (15 years). California is a long ways away but I hope to get our family there one day to visit the rest of DH's family!
A continues to be the big brother always wanting to hold here... it's precious! He doesn't care if she's crying he'll just sit there and rock her and sing to her. I need to catch it on video one of these times!
Here is Em sporting her Red Sox shirt.. too bad they couldn't have a better season!
She had her first bath at home! She didn't really like it but now she is starting to like her baths!
So serious all the time!
S playing with David at Family camp. Every year Calvary Bible Church, our first church, holds a family at camp at McFalls campground! We love to go its so fun to be with family and friends. This year we didn't plan on staying more than for the day (it is over Labor day weekend) but a dear friend passed away after a life long battle of sickness and we wanted to be there to celebrate his life.
Finally after Labor day it was time for the boys to start their school! They were so ready to go! Unfortantly it was pouring that morning so we had to settle for inside pictures... I can't believe I have a 4th grader, a third grader and a kindergartner! Crazy!!
Dad took them out to wait for the bus...
And the bus drove right by! There was almost an accident because the cars behind the bus were traveling too close! We live on a busy main street too where people are going about 45-55 mph. The bus driver apologized and hasn't missed them since:)
EM and I had some fun.. well I had fun. Hopefully soon they'll go out in the mail:)
Em has started to smile! She had beautiful dimples on both sides!!!
All of the boys started soccer. S has it on Friday's after school so we pick the boys up from school and hang out at the field for the afternoon. I am helping coach D & A's team (you know I can't just sit there and watch!) but they only have about 5 kids in there age bracket and here they don't start games till 5 & 6 grade.
Last week after S's soccer practice we went to the beach one last time. It was a hot afternoon and we knew that it would probably be the last swim of the season.
I have been slowly working on getting the house together.. here are a couple of my organization projects! It's hard cause I don't like to just wait for someone else to help me lift and put things away but I am still on restrictions from my c-section!
Before
After
We started to hang some pictures.. it's looking more and more like home everyday!
We had an instalation service for DH at the church. People from all parts of Dh's ministry life were present! It was overwhelming and beautiful! I forgot my camera so here is a picture from my phone. There were 110 adults (that's not counting the large group of kids!)
Well there you have it! We are back up to date!
