Pickling..

This year we had our own garden and we planted tons of cucumbers so that I could follow in my Grandmother's foot steps and make pickles! I had a really great time but my house still smells like bread and butter pickles! LOL!



These are how many jars I had! I ended up making 16 jars of dill pickles and 8 jars of bread & butter!

yum yum..........I used to make bread and butter pickles.....but we didn't have a garden this year.

yum yum!!!! I miss homemade pickles. I remember we had gardens growing up and mom would can everything and make pickles. :)
