30 days of Thanks- Day 16

Day 16: Today I am thankful for music. Music has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. I start playing piano at 6 years old, long before that I was singing in church, learning to harmonize... then I started clarinet in 5th grade and still play to this day. Worship music is my love... singing praises to the Lord, being able to express through music what I feel in my heart. Tonight as I was having a bad time, I sat at the piano and started playing praise music and singing along... God uses music to remind me He is ALWAYS there for me.... Music moves us in ways we can't explain... tonight as I sit and listen to my oldest two boys go through their piano lessons I am thankful that they too can express themselves through music!
